How can you join this program?
We’re all starting Monday, January 8th. Click here to make your payment and you’ll be ready for week 1. We have an early bird discount happening until the 1st of January so make sure to sign up while it lasts!
Can I join the program from abroad?
YES! This is an online program that you can do from wherever you are around the world.
Also, if you wish to have one-on-one sessions with our dietitians, you can book an online appointment with either Rola, Baraa or Nadeen. If you live in Beirut, Lebanon, you can book an appointment with Rola and visit Healthy Happy Us center in Verdun.
